Hi, I'm Dania, a senior operations leader with 12 years of experience managing complex organizations and strategic programs. As a former executive Chief of Staff and senior operations lead at Salesforce, Accenture, and startups, I specialize in cross-company operations. I have a bird's eye view to anticipate, map, and resolve the ripple effects of new tools so they're built to last.
Unlike software developers, marketers, or other siloed knowledge areas, operations is the only division that knows how your entire company works. We’re the translators between technology, business strategy, and the end-user experience. Operating partners who excel in the nitty-gritty are who you most want to delicately, accurately, and effectively put complex solutions in the right places.
My first job: Tunisia during ISIS
Before gravitating to tech operations, I was on track for the US diplomatic corps. After graduating from Duke University with leadership honors, I spent several years living across the Middle East and North Africa during the turbulent post-Arab Spring period working in English, French, and Arabic.
I have a love and passion for public speaking and training young people in competitive speech and debate. At 17, I founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to bring competitive speech and debate to underserved communities in North Carolina and founded a debate team network across Tunisian public high schools.
